# Jarvis advertisement playbook: sell the workflow, prove the benefit

Prepared 1 October 2026. Revises the user's supplied “PSG to EDGE” playbook around the updated GPT receptionist. All copy is a draft for review; no advertisement or message has been published or sent.

**Campaign proposition:** “Customer enquiries keep arriving while you work. Give them an approved answer, a useful next step and a person when needed.”

Use the [receptionist demonstration](https://whatsapp.cyberg7.com.sg/) as the destination. Keep its fictional salon label visible. Present booking, ERP integration and measured savings as separately demonstrated capabilities or proposed implementation work. A general Jarvis promise is not evidence that a particular client workflow already runs.

## 1. What to change in the supplied playbook

| Supplied statement or example | Correction for CyberG7 |
|---|---|
| “PSG is gone” | Qualify Enterprise Singapore's transition. BCA's Built Environment PSG remains open pending its planned December transition. Segment construction/ACMV audiences accordingly. |
| “Own vendor; no pre-approval” | For integrated ERP, establish that required functions are unavailable in suitable pre-approved solutions. Ten weeks is an assessment time, not automatic approval. |
| “Grants take weeks. Jarvis takes a demo.” | A demo is not a deployment. Explain scope and rollout after discovery; the approved ERP route itself publishes a one-week assessment time. |
| “Savings from week one” / “savings on Monday” | Remove until measured. A live bot can still create operator work, errors or costs. Show the actual baseline and pilot result. |
| “No MC, no CPF, never takes leave” | Lead with the specific task. People still own supervision, exceptions, maintenance and customer relationships. |
| “Smart owners stack AI now, EDGE later” | Only a genuinely new eligible project may be assessed later. Starting this same project before submission prevents a retrospective EDGE claim. |
| “Agencies don't apply” | The client applies for its project. CyberG7 can separately apply for its own new eligible internal project using an independent vendor. |
| Harbourline: S$27,000 total, S$18,000 annual AI subscription | The customer-engagement activity cost ceiling is S$15,000 and its grant ceiling S$7,500. Do not illustrate a S$13,500 grant on the entire quote. Two agent roles do not establish three ERP functions. |
| “Baseline measured week of 5 Oct” in a 1 Oct proposal | This is a future measurement plan. Label fictional assumptions; replace them with dated observations before submission. |
| EIS alongside a grant | Calculate qualifying expenditure net of the government subsidy and exclude unrelated items. A 400% deduction is not a cash payment or invoice discount. |

## 2. Ten hooks to test

| Audience / angle | Draft hook | Required demo or proof |
|---|---|---|
| Salon owner | “Still replying to prices and opening hours after your last appointment?” | Approved salon knowledge and a correct handover |
| Service business | “A WhatsApp enquiry should not get lost while your team is on site.” | Intake record and named operator route |
| Concern about AI accuracy | “Ask it a price you have never approved. See what happens.” | Unknown-price test reaches a person |
| Owner control | “Your answers. Your boundaries. A person for the exceptions.” | Actual configured policy and takeover |
| Admin burden | “Which customer question did your team answer five times today?” | Match a real repeated question to approved knowledge |
| Engineering expansion | “One enquiry, one job record, one invoice trail.” | Completed integrated ERP demonstration before using as a delivery claim |
| Consultancy | “Keep the document chase organised. Keep the judgment with your consultant.” | Secure checklist and consultant approval |
| Funding research | “Considering EDGE? Start with the workflow and the numbers.” | Honest eligibility and cost breakdown |
| Value assessment | “What would you do with the time your team gets back?” | Measured capacity plus a credible redeployment plan |
| Discovery | “Show us the repetitive task. We will map a pilot you can measure.” | Scoped discovery and acceptance criteria |

Use two initial angles: repeated questions and owner control. Grant education supports discovery; it should not carry the core product claim.

**Primary text:** You are serving a customer. Another WhatsApp enquiry arrives. Then another asking the same price. CyberG7's Jarvis Receptionist uses your approved business information to handle routine questions and routes exceptions to your team. Explore the fictional salon demo, then discuss a pilot for your own workflow.

**Headline:** Still answering the same questions?

**Description:** Approved answers. Human handover.

**CTA:** Learn More → receptionist page. Offer a 20-minute discovery call only after the actual booking path and calendar are ready.

### LinkedIn

An AI receptionist needs a clear job: answer routine questions from approved information, capture a useful enquiry and bring in a person when needed.

That is the starting point for CyberG7's Jarvis. The next step is a measured pilot: establish today's handling time, agree the boundaries and review the result before expanding into operations.

Considering EDGE? The funding route depends on the project scope and vendor conditions. We can help prepare the workflow and proposal; your authorised team makes the application.

| WhatsApp Enquiries, Handled | Discuss a measured pilot for repetitive WhatsApp enquiries. |
| See the Jarvis Demo | Review your workflow and funding options before choosing a project. |

This is draft copy, not permission to broadcast. Keep consent and opt-out records. The source playbook's blanket DNC instruction is incomplete: PDPC distinguishes B2B messages from marketing to individuals. Do not infer a B2B exemption merely because a recipient owns a business. ### Thirty-second video

| Time | Visual | Voiceover / on-screen message |
|---|---|---|
| 0–5s | A salon owner serving a customer; another routine enquiry arrives | “How often does your team answer the same question?” |
| 5–14s | Actual labelled demo answering a question supported by its knowledge | “Jarvis replies using approved business information.” |
| 14–22s | Unknown-price question and real escalation behaviour | “When it needs a person, the enquiry goes to your team.” |
| 22–30s | Demo page and CyberG7 name | “Explore the demo. Then plan a pilot you can measure.” |

Do not show fabricated customer dashboards, bookings, counters or time-saving results. Record the demonstrated flow before producing the creative.

**Body:** Hi [Name], CyberG7 has updated its Jarvis Receptionist demo. It shows how routine enquiries can use approved business answers, with exceptions handed to a person. If that fits your team's workload, the next step is a scoped pilot with a baseline and clear acceptance criteria. We can also assess the relevant funding route before implementation. ## 4. The systems that make the campaign work

| Stage | Required system and owner | Evidence to retain |
|---|---|---|
| Acquisition | One campaign destination; founder owns the offer | Ad/version/source tags and dated claims |
| Enquiry | Tenant-aware receptionist; delivery lead owns knowledge and handover | Conversation ID, consent status, source and operator receipt |
| Discovery | CRM and calendar; founder owns qualification | Actual workload, current systems, budget and named decision maker |
| Proposal | Scoped quote and funding checklist; client owns application | Baseline, supported/excluded costs, route and vendor comparison |
| Delivery | Jarvis controls plus the authorised business systems | Approval history, integration UAT, rollback and support ownership |
| Retention | Weekly outcome report and review | Handling time, errors, operator workload, cost and productive use of time |
| Proof | Client-authorised case study | Permission, dates, denominator and verified before/after result |

GHL is the observed CRM direction in the estate; the Twenty/n8n/Chatwoot migration is a separate implementation decision. Choose one working record of opportunities rather than treating every listed hostname as a required sales system.

Judge campaigns by qualified opportunities, paying pilots, delivery contribution and renewal. Calculate acquisition cost using actual spend and won clients; set the affordable ceiling from conservative customer contribution and a chosen payback period. Cheap conversations without suitable clients do not establish success.

## 5. Readiness and the next commercial decision

Before paid acquisition, reconcile the public product claims, verify the actual booking path, publish the pricing basis, and demonstrate a complete tenant answer/handover flow. Begin with three paid pilots over 90 days; target positive contribution, two renewals or expansions and one permissioned case study. These are proposed management targets.

The grant strategy has two tracks: assess a genuine three-function ERP project where required-function gaps justify the other-vendor route; separately build the same-solution evidence for a receptionist package. IMDA's vendor criteria include at least 18 months of incorporation, five independent SME references with six months' current use, productivity evidence, financial stability and support capability. The normal evaluation process takes four to five months once ready. A broad estate or five unrelated website clients does not satisfy this evidence. [IMDA criteria](https://preapproval-guide.imda.gov.sg/pre-approval-guide/eligibility-criteria), [pre-approval guide](https://preapproval-guide.imda.gov.sg/).

Use the companion proposals as discovery documents. Their economics deliberately distinguish recovered capacity from cash savings. Reduce scope or price when conservative benefit cannot support recurring cost; a grant should not conceal that decision.
